IFR Inspections
Have your aircraft’s Altimeter’s, Transponder’s and Pitot/Static Systems tested and recertified at your home airport with our Mobile Repair Station Capabilities. Inspections are required every 24 calendar months to comply with 14 CFR 91.411 and 914.13.
During your IFR appointment we will test the your aircrafts transponder system to comply with 14 CFR 91.413. Your Altimeter, Pitot/Static and Altitude Reporting System will be tested in accordance with 14 CFR 91.411.
Please note for inspection to comply with 91.411 all altimeters in your aircraft must be tested. This means if you have an analog altimeter and two Garmin G5’s, three altimeters must be tested since the G5’s provide altitude readings. Learn more about the required testing.
Note: This test does not certify your aircraft for IFR flight, multiple other factors must be considered. Reference 14 CFR 91.205 for details.
